Nowadays,China is devoting to the aircraft design and manufacture independently. For many years, the aircraft designers and accident analyzing personnel are botheredby the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline. As the high-pressure trend of the hydraulicsystem, this problem is more outstanding. Hence there is a profound significance toresearch the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline. This thesis aims to establish theparametric model of an aircraft hydraulic pipeline and check the strength of thestructure using the CAE software ANSYS, which can help improving the safety.Firstly, the basic principles of simplifying model and meshing are introduced. Bycomparing the results of several typical examples using different grids, the effect ofgrids is researched specifically. Based on this, the CAD model of the hydraulicpipeline is simplified and the corresponding finite element model is built.Secondly, the key technologies involved in the process of establishing theparametric model are stated in detail. The exchange of model data between CATIA andANSYS is realized. The finite element model of the whole structure is built whichsupports parametric modification.Thirdly, on the basis of studying the Fluid-solid coupling vibration theory of thehydraulic pipeline, the modal analyses of two simple pipelines are done by ANSYS.By comparing the simulation results with the mathematical results and conclusions inexisting literatures, the reliability of the method used in this thesis is verified. Finally, the finite element model of a test pipeline is established. Modal analysisand transient analysis are completed in the fluid-solid coupling conditions. Bycontrasting the simulation results and experimental results, the rationality of modelingand accuracy of analysis are confirmed.
