| Control valve-pipeline system occupies very important position in industrial process control,the severe control valve-pipeline coupling vibration can cause serious influence to the industrial automation production process,and will have a negative effect on the economic efficiency of enterprises.The article put the vibration problem of the control valve-pipeline system as the main research object,through the finite element simulation analysis of fluid solid coupling,to reveal the dynamic characteristics and dynamic response of the system.First of all,according to the principle of direct the structure of the single seater control valve,the 3D software Solidworks,control-flow pipeline geometry entity model is set up.In Ansys Workbench platform,respectively for flow pipeline system,control valve-flow pipeline system and the complex space control valve-flow pipeline system in the case of without and with prestressed modal analysis.Analysis shows that the fluid-structure coupling effect will cause the loss of overall system natural frequency,vibration mode direction will not change,but the displacement deformation of the whole structure.Analyses the control valve-flow pipeline system with prestressed,consider under different opening of the valve core and the inherent frequency of different pressure differentials.Results show that the natural frequency will decrease with the increase of the opening of the valve core,increases with the increase of pressure differential.Secondly,on the basis of modal analysis,the control valve-flow pipeline system harmonic frequency domain response and time domain transient dynamics analysis.By the harmonic response analysis,obtained the import and export of the opening of the valve core,pressure difference and damping of the control valve-flow pipeline resonance response of the system;Through transient dynamic analysis,we obtain the displacement of the vibration of the body location-the time response curve and the valve core displacement-time response curve,showed that under simple harmonic excitation force,the system response displacement peak decreases with the increase of the opening,decreases with the decrease of the pressure difference.Finally,using Ansys Workbench platform System Coupling module of control valve-flow pipeline systems is two-way fluid-structure Coupling analysis.The results showed that:compared with uniflow solid coupling,two-way fluid-structure coupling system of whole displacement and displacement of the valve body slightly to big,but both to solve the results of the system response curves have the same change trend,the maximum amplitude relative error is 6.93%,given the two-way fluid-structure coupling calculation complexity and time efficiency,in the later study can use uniflow solid coupling calculation instead of two-way fluid-structure coupling calculation. |
