In recent years,as a carrier of law enforcement at sea,marine police vessels have become an important means of safeguarding maritime rights and interests in China.However,with the increasingly severe marine situation in China,the traditional marine police vessels face problems such as limited comprehensive accusation,low automation,and random enforcement.It has been difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex and maritime law enforcement tasks in the new era.Therefore,it has become an inevitable trend to develop a comprehensive law enforcement control system for marine police vessels with harmonization and automation.This paper combines the needs of the project and designs the comprehensive law enforcement control system of the Marine Police.The article describes the functional requirements,hardware structure and software architecture design of the system.The modular design of the system in software is elaborated,including human-computer interaction interface module,data communication module,information solving module,auxiliary decision-making module,logic control module and power-off protection module.This paper studies the target data fusion of the ship automatic identification system(AIS)and navigation radar.The Automatic Ship Identification System(AIS)and the navigation radar are both devices that can provide target information.They all have their own shortcomings.By integrating the target data of AIS and navigation radar,it is beneficial to overcome their limitations and serve as an law enforcement control system.Provide more accurate and reliable target information.Based on the characteristics of non-lethal weapons,this paper studies the effectiveness of non-lethal weapons.The MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate the performance of a given strong sound equipment.The performance of a given water cannon equipment is simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The given laser glare equipment is analyzed based on the existing data,and finally the respective The range of action and the best strike distance.Provide data support and theoretical support for the implementation of the software-assisted decision-making module of the law enforcement control system.After the simulation test and on-site commissioning,the law enforcement control system of the local police boat proved that it meets the functional requirements and is feasible. |
