Research On The Flexible Design Of Residence With Medium And Small-sized Type

As the most closely related to the type of building of life, adaptability of residence has been a topic of concern. With the accelerating process of urbanization, the population and liquidity increase continuously, the number of household reduce, the city housing continues to rise and the shortage of land resources which have proposed the new challenge to the current city residential design. In May2006, the state promulgated a series of documents, which focus on the construction of dwelling area of less than90m2medium and small-sized tesidence as the real estate development. Thus, the positive development of residence with medium and small-sized type is an important part of urban development.Today, we are relatively conservative and lack of modifications in living architectural space design. Either follows the beaten track, or the "take-ism " without thinking, makes the living space lacking of individual differences. In the background of urban living space convergence seriously, geographical characteristics of the housing should be timely, but mostly a collection of luxury single-family homes and apartment residential. Limited by factors such as size and cost of highly industrialized medium and small-sized living space, single spatial mode is increasingly unable to meet the needs of people living space flexibility. As the largest proportion of market share, medium and small-sized must be designed as much as possible to fit households, in order to have a stronger market competitiveness.From the analysis of specific housing needs, the city’s medium and small-sized living space for the study, reviewed analysis of the development background and combined with the results of the current study which reference to the successful experience. In this article, we will discuss the overall principles of the space design, introduce the concept of flexible design, to research flexible design of the medium and small-sized living space guiding ideology, design strategy and technical support, and to analyze the residents’participation in angle and space model test. We try to discuss new design ideas in the limited living space, and strive to express the economical, applicable, comfortable living space, to design to meet China’s national conditions and future period of time to meet the needs of people living space in this article, in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for future design.
