The Study On The Media Center Of Contemporary Community

The centralized construction of culture buildings which is based on organizing big volumes is a necessary process in the development of urbanization.But the service radius of huge culture buildings is so big,leading to being short of social culture service facilities for citizen.Besides,the improving of community service system is the trend of urbanization.the community media center stands out as the new trend of culture buildings.This new culture building form adapts to the new time development.Meanwhile,it has appropriate volume and layout of decentralization to make contribution to have rich public life space of community.Based on the trend of urbanization and the analysis of history city block,we propose the idea which is using the community media center as the core to fulfill the whole community service system,and a short introduce of abroad community media center.Based on large numbers of cases study,analyzing on the basic characters of community media center such as organizing.function.space.form and plan.Then I focused on several real cases.At last,I proposed design strategy of community media center on three levels:general plan.layout and specific building design.This article is focusing on the development and characters of contemporary community media center architecture.based on analysis of large numbers of cased study.Meanwhile,proposing new design strategy of community media center so as to give some ideas to domestic community media center construction.
