With the rapid development of high-speed trains, more and more passengers get out bytrain. As a result, the thermal comfort become very important.Now, the air-conditioning inthe train often cannot supply a comfortable environment which can satisfy the requirement ofpassengers. To give a few advices to the adjustment of the air-conditioning, we developed aset of wireless sensor network. The equipments can test the temperature and humidity in thetrain’s indoor room at the same time. The detection system includes a coordinator, a few enddevices. Using the system, the environment datas has been collected. With the simulationresults by fluent, we can compare the results with the detection data. To adopt the ADPI andPMV-PPD criterions evaluate the thermal comfort in the train, and get an conclusion basedon the collected data. The main research contents in this paper are conducted as follows:1.To enhance the stability of the wireless network, using the modified AODV algorithmenhance the self-modifing network. By way of modifying the protocol reduce the pathredundancy. As spare owing to the various nodes in the mesh network, the network’sself-healing ability is very strong. But at the same time, there will be a lot of alternate path.The network becomes a "highly redundant network". Use AODV algorithm based multipathsolution, in this article puts forward a new aodv algorithm named FMAODV(Fast Modifythe Ad hoc on demand-short vector routing). The new routing algorithm can repair the errorrouting node or choose a new route. Uses the OPNET simulation analysis, the network canfast repair, and enhance the rate of acceptance.2. Created a physical model of railway vehicle, the simulation calculation was carriedout on the car indoor environment theory, and compared with the actual monitoring dataanalysis. Using CATIA to create a simplified train model. And then using the softwareHypermesh to mesh the model do a simulation by theory. By comparing the simulationresults with the actual testing data, to verify the reasonable of the model. At the same timeusing the original car body model for the simulation analysis in Changchun Railway Vehicleco.LTD. The simulation analysis of temperature field and the actual data can provides aseries of valuable advices for adjusting the control of air-conditioning.3. In this paper,we evaluates the temperature field by the criterions of ADPI and PMV-PPD. To give a more reasonable evaluation uses the different evaluation criterias forthe whole train indoor actual environment analysis. ADPI standard mainly reflects theoverall effect of indoor temperature field. And PMV-PPD standards give a more obvious ofpeople’s subjective feeling, but the criterion is more flexible. The thermal comfort degreewith air-conditioner could be evaluated more objective with ADPI,especially for the aircondition. In the evaluation process, PMV-PPD criterias respectively evaluate thepassengers’ subjective feelings at the beginning of train working, and after a period of timeair-conditioner operation of subjective feeling for the environment.4. Developed a detection system. The detection system includes the hardware and thesoftware. The hardware are coordinator and end detection nodes. The software is developedby Visual C++6.0, which can monitor the running states of all measurement subsystemstimely.To sum up, this paper conducted a new routing algorithm to enhance the stability of thewireless sensor network based on ZigBee protocol,and crated a simplifid train indoor model.And using the model to simulate the environmental of the high-speed train. By analysing thecollected data, give a few advices to modify the controller of the air conditioner. A stable andreliable detection system is developed. As it should be, there are still some problems forfurther research, for example, a more reasonable train’s indoor room could be created, andsome other energy supply ways can detection, and the position of the router could beoptimized and so on.
