With the rapid development of railway transportation enterprises in our country,the railway air conditioning coach has become the major transporter of people travel,the thermal comfort of passengers for car interior also put forward higher requirements,but the current air conditioning the thermal comfort of the train and passenger expectations,there is still a gap.Traditional vehicle electric heating device is mainly using resistance wire as electric heating element,conversion efficiency is low,high energy consumption,the uneven distribution of temperature in carriage,influence the comfort of passengers.In recent years,the new type electric heating materials and equipment,in order to adapt to the development of China's high-speed rail technology,further improve the ride comfort,it is necessary to study the application of new heating materials in railway vehicle system.This paper applies a kind of modern space technology development and production of efficient conversion electric materials,carbon fiber heating material,heating system applied in railway vehicle.CRH380BL second class carriage,for example,carbon fiber electric heater heating system design,and with the current main heating means water heating,air conditioning and other ways of cost and economical comparison,analysis of new type electric heating device and traditional electric heating device of energy consumption and economy;Simulation of a fitted with carbon fiber electric heater carriages for temperature measurement;To build the second-class CRH380BL carriages of three-dimensional numerical model,set the heating power of the carbon fiber heating device,the indoor temperature distribution under different external conditions are simulated,the analysis of the temperature distribution and the energy consumption situation.In order to design a new type of railway vehicle based on carbon fiber heating system,by adopting the combination of experiment and simulation method in this paper.First of all,the experimental analysis was carried out on the carbon fiber electric heating system,and it is concluded that carbon fiber is a kind of good performance of electrical equipment,through experiment data back to the basic formula of the carbon fiber electric heater,will serve as a carbon fiber electric heater is used in the design of railway vehicle heating system.Secondly,the new type electric heating device and the traditional electric energy consumption of heating device for experiments,it is concluded that the new train electric heating device is energy saving effect and the heat generated by the higher than traditional electric heating device.Then,simulation calculation under different external conditions temperature distribution within the heating system of the whole car in 21? or so,both in the vertical direction and the longitudinal temperature range areħ1?,so the temperature gradient in the plane and vertical direction are small and thermal comfort is very good.Finally,the application of the theory of technical economics,from the initial investment,operating cost,annual computation cost and payback period etc to analyze all kinds of electric heating system of economy,points out the advantages of carbon fiber electric heaters in the electric heating.Carbon fiber electric heating is a kind of both high economic performance and thermal comfort,and energy conservation and environmental protection form of electric heating,heating can be used in railway vehicle.
