Predicament and development, and benefits, toimprove the profitability of coal-fired power plants, competitive power and anti-risk ability,must by outside market, second on internal control cost strictly. At present, the coal-firedpower plant fuel costs accounted for the proportion of the total variable cost is more andmore electric power generation, coal-fired power plants fuel management level of high andlow for power plant production and management have a decisive impact, is the key factorthat affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. The fuel the whole process of management,therefore, is a coal-fired power plant to improve management efficiency, the surest way tohave no choice.First of all, in this paper, according to the specific condition of HJ power generationcompany, first from the management theory research, this paper introduces the fuel planmanagement, quality, and the number of acceptance management, equipment management,fuel costs, management has carried on the simple elaboration, illustrates the fuelmanagement theory to the practical work of important guiding significance and can providethe beneficial help, conducive to the follow-up to the introduction of the theory to practicalwork, and play a role.Then, this paper introduces the basic situation of HJ power generation company, byincluding the company’s market environment, the condition of fuel management areanalyzed. Clearly points out the existing problems, including: for heat-engine lack of standardized management, the factory perennial boiling coal calorific value difference is onthe high side; Coal quality and quantity are in short supply, the claim rate graduallydecreased; Lack of effective and scientific fuel supplier evaluation and access system andfuel suppliers more surface is wide; Mixed mixed burn is reasonable, the boiler combustioninstability; Coal yard construction investment is insufficient, inventory loss serious; Highfuel costs, the enterprise annual loss.To fuel the company management process in the end, this article puts forward theoptimization scheme, especially for fuel procurement, procurement plan, supplier selection,purchase price, the purchase order management, acceptance, payment management,transportation management, transport costs, mixed blending, the construction of the coalyard storage and fuel cost control, etc., detailed and comprehensive process is optimized, andpoints out that the existence of risk and control links, finally the optimized effect evaluationin detail.
