| As a large number of the new advanced amphibious armored vehicles equipped troops, it is too hard for the actual vehicles driving training on the water, because the amphibious armored vehicles has high-tech, high degree of information technology and especially the complicated ocean environment. So the development of an amphibious armored vehicles water driving training simulator which learns from modern advanced virtual simulation technology and combines semi-physical simulation principle is very necessary.Amphibious armored vehicles water driving training simulator is a sort of simulation equipment using virtual reality technology and semi-physical simulation technology that can realistically simulate the vehicle action attitude on water, and obtain the actual driving experience. The simulation cockpit is one of the important parts of the water driving training simulator. It provides high lifelike hearing, vision and touch for driver, and makes driver immersed in a highly realistic simulation training environment. it has the characteristics of real feeling and real sense, so the simulation cockpit directly influence the operational effects of the driving simulator.The purpose of this paper is to establish simulation cockpit which is consistent with the actual driving experience, and it is used for developing the amphibious armored vehicles water driving training simulator in order to acquire a good simulation effection. The cockpit of amphibious vehicles is different from the cockpit of land-based vehicles, and also different from ship’s driving control system. So far, the research on the cockpit of amphibious vehicles is relatively less, so this research is of great significance.This paper analyzed the components and working principle of the amphibious armored vehicles water driving training simulator, and Analyzing and researching the major control equipments and instruments of the real cockpit of amphibious armored vehicle, and according to the design requirements of the training simulator, i developed the simulation cockpit which is designed based on CAN bus and semi-physical simulation theory, and achieved hardware design of its main driving subassembly.When finished the hardware design of the simulation cockpit, i used the Labview to developed main function module of the cockpit driving signal acquisition and control software, and completed the CAN bus data transmission software.In addition, by the final comprehensive testing and software testing, we can confirm the hardware design and software design of the simulation cockpit are correct. The results of the testing show that the simulation cockpit comply with the design requirements, and can meet the requirements of the water driving training of amphibious armored vehicles. |
