| Power system is key pillar of national economy and social development, so it is important to ensure its safe and stable operation. During the operation of power system, switching operation is performed for equipment maintenance and operation mode adjustment. Switching sequences ticket is the major carrier of switching operation management, which is basic guarantee for preventing wrong operation.Considering the actual situation of Zhejiang power system, an intelligent switching sequences ticket management system is developed by Zhejiang Provincial Dispatching Centre. Intelligent ticking based on EMS graphic and model integration, and anti-misoperation are realized by this system, which will be popularized and implemented in the whole province.This paper systematically introduces the function specification, system architecture, function module development and practical application of Zhejiang power system switching sequences ticket management system, and the features of this system is summarized.Adapting to ’Two Transforming’, State Grid is deeply developing reform and innovation on interior production and operation management, technology and equipment configuration and application, and so on. To power system dispatching, with the implementation of dispatching monitoring and controlling integration, and the popularization of soft switching in dispatching communication, dispatching switching sequences ticket management needs new improving. A preliminary outlook on this aspect is summarized at last. |
