With the great advance of high-speed railway, the railway is changing from sellers’ market to buyers’market gradually, focusing on how to attract to passengers flow and how to transport the flow. Therefore, the high-speed railway ticket sale has also become an important research topic. Chinese railway ticketing and reserving system is a system that covers all major railway bureaus, gathering a big number of tickets sales data, has reached the level of big data. According to the characteristics of railway tickets data, using high-speed railway tickets data to get some knowledge and rules, to guide the passengers transport organization.This paper firstly analyzes the types of information contained in high-speed railway tickets, tickets data temporal and spatial analysis, and points out the influencing factors. In addition, using the concept of big data, combined with wavelet neural network algorithm, to do the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway tickets data prediction, by the way of commonly used in urban traffic OD matrix projection’s improved method. Finally, according to the characteristics between the railway ticket data, the paper chooses the software called Weka to be the tickets data mining platform, using the software with K-means clustering algorithm and Apriori algorithm of association rules based on the analysis, to obtain the effective information, guiding the railway passengers transport marketing work, which assist decision-makers to formulate relevant policies.The results of this paper not only have guiding significance to the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, but also have a certain universality of other high speed railway lines.
