The two tickets rules (operation ticket and work ticket) for power system is an very important measure to ensure the power system to operate safely and stably. With the scale of the grid being larger and larger, the structure of the system becomes more complex, operation ticket and work ticket written by workers can not satisfy the requirement of the safety producing of the power. Automating and intellectualizing of the two tickets system are the trend for modern power system. In this thesis, the studies about two tickets system are focused and the contents are as following:1. A new automatic switching method is presented by building the rule trees of the operation task. After the operation task is provided, the rule trees of the operation task will be built with the help of the and/or tree of the rules and the feasible operations series are extracted from the rule trees to realize the function of automatic switching. Some crucial problems-the rule dead-lock, nodes redundancy and nodes conflict are discovered firstly and successfully solved for the new method.2. A practical PC switching system is developed. Based on Visual Graph graphic system, the system has friendly operation interface and can ensure the correctness of the ticket by the automatically checking the operation rule.3. A practical work ticket system based on the B/S model is developed by the .NET technology. The system can be logged in through the commercial browser and can finish all the function required by the work ticket, including: writing the work ticket, signing the work ticket, checking the work ticket and so on. The system provides two modes to write the work tickets, which are written by keyboard and referred to the typical tickets. The system provides the different levels purview for the different operator in the process of the work tickets moving on the network, and the function of the management of the work tickets. Since the automatically moving of the work ticket on the local network is realized and the problem of the non-standard writing work ticket is got rid of by the system, the work efficiency for the operator is increased. |
