The Calibration Technology Of The Multi-axes Parallelism

Modern photoelectric weapon equipment often contain several photoelectric sensor,such as TV, infrared and laser range finder sensor whose spectrum is from visible to infrared. the calibration technology of multi-axes parallelism require better devices.Some key technology in the calibration technology of the multi-axes parallelism is studied in this paper.The advantage and the disadvantage of the calibration method of the multi-axes parallelism is compared at present.the calibration project based on large aperture collimator is put forward,the principle calibrating the photoelctricity product or the calibrating device is introduced.The technology of the aim target focusing is studied. With the combine of the method of knife-edge device and the laser interferometer method based on Zernike polynomial, the focus plane of the large aperture off-axis parabolic collimator is finded.Using the definition criterion function in the CCD image processing technology,the aim target is gone to the focus plane of collimator. The parallelism of shoot beams of the collimator is calibrated.The CCD image processing technology is also studied. the sorftware of centroid finder of laser facula,center finder of the cross image of aim target and the definition criterion function are write.the choice of the threshold value in the centroid finder of the laser facula is discussed. The detect precision in the center finder of the cross image of aim target and sensitivity of four the definition criterion function based on grads are also studied.On the base of analyzing the source of the measurement uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty of the calibration equipment is evaluated.
