The auto-focusing technique is to defocus information obtained from the digitalvideo image and use the defocus information driven lens focus operation in order toachieve auto-focus system. This technology is widely used in photography, video,medical imaging, and monitoring aspects of digital image acquisition. Followed bycomputer with the rapid development of network control technology, network controltechnology has been increasingly used in the production of all aspects of life. The abovetwo techniques used in telemedicine technology are the research focus today. The maincontent of this paper is a combination of network control technology and auto-focustechnology proposed a web-based self-focusing of the microscope system control.Autofocus technology and network control technology research stay in the theoryand applications, so combining the two cannot form a better solution. Therefore theperfect combination of the two technologies has a very important practical significanceapplied to the network control based on the self-focusing of the microscope systemResearch and Implementation. In this paper, the self-focusing technology and networkcontrol technology research results on the basis of a set of suitable for network basedcontrol self-focusing microscope system theory and practices achieved the desired effect.Then the future research directions are put forward. The main tasks are as followed:(1). Research background and significance of the self-focusing of the microscopesystem based on network control are described. Describe the research value andapplication prospect of self-focusing of the microscope system based on networkcontrol, and highlight the network video transmission control technology and theoreticalbasis for the self-focusing technology.(2). For microscope video image characteristics, based on the motion mode, stillmode and the displacement mode sub-scene video compression and transmissionmethods. Then the type of the compression processing, according to different modes ofthe video image feature, Then the mode synchronous data and video data sent to theclient; Last client access to the mode synchronization data and video data compressedimage solutions to the corresponding mode to reproduce the operation. Theexperimental results show that this method can achieve effectively fast and efficient lowbit-rate transmission of video data. (3).According to the structural characteristics of the optical microscope, fastauto-focusing method based on the experience of the position. First, the methodaccording to the structural characteristics of an optical microscope and the correct focusin the past the focal position to determine the position of experience, Then quicklylocate the lens to experience the search focus, Finally the use of digital imageprocessing method is to determine the optimum focus position and the profileexperiences position. The experiments show that this method can locate the focus targetquickly.(4). Finally, Summarize the full text and look forward to the future research.
