A Study Of The Communication Efficiency In Construction Projects Implementation Stage Based On Trust

Communication in construction projects implementation stage is one of the most important links in the whole life cycle of the project management.It plays a key role in making the correct decision and ensuring better progress in project.On the basis of previous research, this thesis finds the factors influencing communication efficiency in construction project implementation stage and mainly investigates three categories of factors:contact factors, cognitive factors and technical factors. These factors are ubiquitous and worry project leaders, make the inefficiency of management and even the failure of project. Setting three independent variables of contractual trust, competence trust and goodwill trust, this studies the relationship between trust, influene factors and communication efficiency, builds the relationship model and puts forward7hypotheses. Then this thesis constructs the structure equatin model, verifies the effectiveness of the model using the data collected by questionnaire survey, draws the conclusion that three kinds of trust and three categories of factors effect directly and indirectly on the communication efficiency to a different degree in construction project implementation stage. At last the managerial Implications of this conclusion are given.
