| In this thesis, Tetra Fino was taken as the research object during packing, thekey points about the process of packing was proposed, and design proposals wereput forward according to the critical points. Then the working principle andstructure design of each scheme were studied detailly, and the various options wereevaluated。At last,the critical components of the scheme that were discussed。Firstly,during the Tetra Fino packing, two critical points were proposed,one isthe velocity,the milk filling line is so fast that its packing line in domestic isdifficult to match with,the other is that the Tetra Fino is soft,how to locate itsposture affect the stability of transportation and packing.The function of these twokey points were analyzed, and the required construction of the scheme of Tetra Finopacking were satisfied during the packing.Then three design plans that satisfy thefunctions during the packing were prososed, Decompose the process of packing andgive a description about the working principle respectively, Also,the layout of thevarious options were listed,at the same time,make use of optimization method toplan the function and parameters of structure.In order to select the most satisfiedscheme from what mentioned above, the fuzzy evaluation method was proposed toevaluate the three scehemes from three aspects:the technical goals, economic goalsand social goals. Comparing the three of them, get the most satified scheme ofTetra Fino packing to satidfy the function that required during thepacking.Finally,the scheme that we satisfied was taken as research object,theoverall layout design was proposed about the scheme,Also,the key component ofTetra Fino packing—retractable belt was analyzed detaily.Make sure its Throwingpriciple about conveyor belt packing, while, motion parameters during the packingwas analyzed overview its impact duing packing,the packing quality factors wasproposed and put forward the specific method to improve the efficiency of packing. |
