Comprehensive Evaluation On The Transmission Line Construction Project Safety Management

The investment of transmission lines project is huge, as well as its cost of labor, materials and energy. If the construction safety management is not good, it will cause engineering safety accidents or latent potential safety problems, and the consequence is unimaginable. Thus, it is crucial to make a good job of both construction safety management and comprehensive evaluation to it to ensure that transmission lines project will be stable and of high quality. However, transmission lines construction safety management makes use of both quantity and quality indexes which involves multiple sections and areas, so the method combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis should be uses in the comprehensive evaluation, and in this paper, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is applied to it. The result of this method can reflect true conclusion scientifically and accurately, so it is of practical significance for those evaluation systems which involve both quantity and quality problem.This paper includes mainly six parts as follows:Part one:It introduced the background, the purpose and the significance of this paper, as well as research thread.Part two:It outlined transmission line construction safety management system.Part three It established transmission line construction safety management comprehensive evaluation index system.Part four:It built model of transmission line construction safety management comprehensive evaluation.Part five:It verified model through a practical example.Part six:It summarized the main conclusions, analysed the problems, and gave the future research direction of this study, so that it can provide valuable experiences and scientific basis for transmission line construction safety management comprehensive evaluation in the future.
