The quality and efficiency of the integrated automation substation secondary system debugging directly related to the safety and reliable operation of the substation and the whole power system. Therefore, design a second system debugging process has the important practical significance.This paper analyzes the research current situation of220kV integrated automation substation’s secondary system’s debugging. It introduces the integrated automation substation, the content of secondary system debugging and the related theory basis of debugging process design. Using the causal analysis, it analyzes problems and the reasons in the220kV integrated automatic substation secondary system debugging process. To solve these problems, using human engineering and process management theory,it designs the secondary system debugging process of integrated automation substation, including automatic device installation debugging process, relay protection debugging process and the commissioning process, detailed rules the content of each work in the debugging process, and puts forward the relevant matters.This paper is about the study of220kV integrated automation substation’s secondary system’s debugging process, can make each debugging major share out the work and cooperate with one another, clear responsibility, help maximize the work efficiency and quality of commissioning department, promote the standardization, normalization and scientific of220kV integrated automation substation commissioning work.
