The nuclear power is a safe and clear energy. It is important to protect environment andreduce carbon discharging and mitigate green-house effect. Our country and many othercountries in the world are developing the nuclear power or have plans developing the nuclearpower.The steam generator (SG) is one of main equipment in the nuclear power station, whichis located at the junction of primary circuit and secondary circuit. The SG is one of mainbarrier which preventing radioactive matter to discharge into the environment. The safe andreliable operation of SG or not influence the safe and economical operation of whole nuclearpower station directly. SG’s operation state characteristics have close relationship to do withthe average temperature of the primary circuit coolant, steam pressure and temperature of thesecond circuit, feedwater flow and load of SG.. Studying the change laws of SG’s operationcharacteristics can provide a realistic and practical direction for the structure design of nuclearpower SG, control system design and operation, fault analysis and dealing with, perfectingand improving operation rules, in addition, which can increase the service life of theequipment and the average availability of nuclear power station.By way of analyzing all practical operation charts of SG of Ling Ao nuclear powerstation, it show that the load of SG, feedwater flow and steam flow parameters are in aconstant state dynamically in the course of full power operation, and the change laws of theseoperation charts accord with the water level change characteristics of SG. The analyses showthat steam temperature and pressure change charts are also invariable constant. The analysesprove further that the SG’s operation project selection of Ling Ao nuclear power station isright and reliable. Using the Fluent on the analysis software of Computational FluidDynamics (CFD) to simulate the Flow Field of U-shaped tube of once circuit in SG of LingAo nuclear power station, it prove if the change law of pressure, temperature and velocityconform with design parameter and the practical operation conditions of SG.. It show thenumerical simulation results conform to operation conditions and law basically. Via theseanalyses, getting change relationship, change laws and interactional relationship betweenthese operation parameters provides the reliable basis to finding, foreseeing and dealing withaccident correctly, the credible analysis to abnormal thing in the course of SG’s operation, thepractical basis to design improvement of SG and perfection of operation rules.
