This article adopts the variable cross-section supersonic shockwave lifting pressure steam-water tow phase flow steam injector that extensive applied presently as research object, and directed by typical experiments it tries to deduce mathematical models of injector's lifting pressure performance which can describe the variation of injector's mix section pressure as inlet and outlet pressures and their temperatures change and injector's lifting pressure performance with globe model. Moreover, it calculates the injector's operating characteristic profiles and compares them to experimental profiles. After understanding the lifting pressure performance of steam injector, it does chiefly thermodynamic analysis on injector, sets up thermodynamic models that can describe injector's performance status with the first and second law of thermodynamic and chooses properly practical examples to prove and illuminate. This article directs the followed researches and exploitations of variable cross-section steam injectors, profoundly studies the important factors which can influent injector's design with combination of the experiments and theories, and elicits the corresponding conclusions.
