The Schedule Control Research For The Prior Period Of FL’s Village In City Reconstruction Project

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, the limited urbanland resources become more scarce. The cities actively reconstruct the old house area torelease urban land to the adjustment of urban functions. Village in City project as a specialreal estate development project gradually become a sort of important real estate developmentproject to enterprises.Village in City pre-project has many characteristics such as needing a large amount ofinvestment, a long development cycle, the complex nature of the land and high degreeaffected by the policies. The early stage of the Village in City project is in a certainenvironment can be distinguished from each other by more than each other. The managementof transmission and distribution project construction is a systems engineering, which is inmotion, formed by a number of interrelated and interacting phases/elements and existing toachieve the overall objective. According to the method of management and control of theprogress, the early stages of the Village in City’s complexity and the uncertainty of the impactwill have effective early warning and even controls to achieve the purpose of the greatlyenhancing the level of project management.This thesis takes a combination of theory and practice of research methods. Consideringthe prior period of Village in City project its own characteristics, analysis Village in Cityreconstruction pre-project work breakdown structure to define management features ofVillage in City reconstruction pre-project. FL company needs to establish the progressmanagement control system, to effectively manage and control the schedule of Village in Cityreconstruction pre-project using scientific and feasible method.Using system theory as a guide, this paper will build the early progress of Village in Cityreconstruction project management control system. Establishing the progress of Village inCity reconstruction project management control, it makes a closed mode managementincluding schedule building, schedule tracking and schedule controlling. CS village reconstruction project early preliminary schedule is first prepared by PERT and bottom-upapproach; then use genetic algorithm to optimize the early preliminary schedule of CS villagereconstruction project to form a more reasonable plan. Finally, the use of earned valuemanagement methods of FL early progress of Village in City reconstruction project on theactual progress of the CS Village project to make analysis on progress-cost variance.Meanwhile, use fuzzy evaluation method to make consistency analysis progress on key nodes.The actual work in CS village reconstruction project is provided effective guidance and it willprovide a useful reference value for the schedule control of the prior period of FL’s Village inCity Reconstruction ProjectCS village reconstruction project work to provide, FL "Villages" transformation of theearly progress of the project management control to provide a useful reference value.
