With the rapid development of tianjin construction, the problem of traffic congestion has appeared, the subway has become a kind of important way solving the urban traffic problem. But in recent years engineering construction safety accidents occur frequently, project risk is more and more attention. At the same time, because of tianjin metro construction is still in its initial stage, all kinds of safety management measures is still not perfect, risk events is unavoidable.The tianjin metro has been completed formal operation of only line1and line2have operated,3line will try operation,5and6lines will step into theconstruction phase,to ensure tianjin metro engineering construction progress smoothly, to improve the tianjin metro construction party risk management consciousness and ability, to reduce or avoid the construction stage possible safety hidden trouble and loss,to realize the project implementation stage does not appear safety risk event or accident, therefore, this paper further studies the risk management of tianjin city rail transit project.This Study combines the Tianjin rail transit project characteristics for its engineering and construction environment, detailed analysis of the status quo and practical application of tianjin metro line2and line3risk management. Summarized the experience gained and lessons learned in subway of metro line2and line3risk management practice. Targeted recommendations on the subway subsequent project and metro line5and line6risk management. Main contents are as follows:(1)Research on the application of risk management of China’s urban rail transit, To learn the advanced experience of other cities.(2)combined with tianjin rail transit engineering characteristics and in place of the engineering environment and construction environment, use of risk management theory, in the tianjin metro line2and line3risk management to analyse the current situation of the research are put forward based on perfect safety risk responsibility system and management process.(3)to risk management theory as the basis, to tianjin metro line2and line3project risk management process was summarized research, summarizes the tianjin metro line2and line3risk management of practical experience and lessons.(4)in the tianjin metro line2and line3project risk accident statistics and cause analysis, sums up the practical experience of project risk management, based on the subway line2and line3to the teaching of the risk management, the tianjin metro5and6number lines and subsequent subway project risk management for the optimization design, make tianjin metro construction risk management to be more perfect, to achieve a risk events, and to ensure the project successfully completed the safety of the purpose, thus for tianjin metro5and6number lines and subsequent line construction provides strong guarantee.
