With the deepening of the integrated automation transformation of Shengli Oilfield enterprise grid substation, the increase in unmanned substations, online temperature measurement of equipment is more and more important. The energized high voltage electrical equipment and the inter-connection points of power system, such as casing, power capacitor, insulator strings, circuit breakers, disconnecting link, instrument transformers, bus, surge arresters, power cables, wires, transformers, a combination of electrical, low voltage electrical, and has the current, voltage to heating effect or other cause heating effect of the equipment of the secondary circuit. They would often cause larger accidents if they have the problem of product quality, the quality of the installation or equipment over load. Equipment accident manifestations often fever. How to detect these hot spots, and to eliminate the hidden troubles of a timely, this can play a very critical and effective role to treatment, prevent the occurrence of major accidents.Oilfield enterprise grid substation online temperature measurement technology application is not too extensive, the equipment and control software, mostly for wide area of Shengli Oilfield technology products. This paper begins with a brief introduction to the online temperature measurement of several popular domestic:Optical fiber temperature sensor, thermal resistance wireless temperature measurement, the infrared temperature measurement, and then analysis and comparison several thermometric modes, further clarify the oilfield enterprise grid substation online temperature way and the future direction of development.Secondly this paper introduced several on-line temperature measurement methods use in the oilfield enterprise grid substation at present, and also gives a brief introduction of their installation, use and back-office system structure and management. It expounded the existing problems in use combining with the system actual operation situation of several thermometric methods.Thirdly, in view of the present major online temperature way--infrared measuring temperature detection and diagnosis technology were introduced in this paper, and discusses the importance of infrared thermometry for defect diagnosis through case.Finally, this paper carries out the analysis and proposes for appropriate countermeasures for temperature measure methods and the lack of means at this stage.
