The process of foundation pit excavation inevitably be an impacton surrounding buildings,settlement analysis for effect on existingbuildings,damage the stability of structures. The soil deformationscause parallel buried pipelines deformation is the risk to stabilityof foundation pit excavation. It will find the accurate mechanical ofsoil body so as to ensure the safety of buildings near the foundationpit excavation. The retaining system of pit coordinated with pipegrouting will reduce environment all around and buildings induced bythe pit excavation.Pipe grouting has broad application foreground in the foundationpit excavation. By means of improvement of pipe grouting and slurrysetting improves the rock whole structure strength, reduce thedeformation of surrounding rock to reinforcement the excavation walland reduce the settlement of surrounding buildings.This paper aims to analysis the basic principle of the pipe groutingby the foundation pit excavation of subway station to Baogong streetof ShenYang. By doing many field experiments get the best proportion of the slurry, make the solidified results and the solidified timeof the double grout to be safe, economical and easy to be carried out.During the process of foundation pit excavation, on practical samplingdata is analyzed. Through the analysis, the deformation law and themechanics character of building enclosure of excavations and thesettlement situation of surrounding buildings to the east excavations.According to the comparison of monitoring data in the east and westexcavations, conclude that grouting stabilization results, avoiddamage stability of surrounding rock of stabilization zone.By using the powerful software ANSYS subway station of Baogongstreet east excavations in the condition of have not grouting toSimulation various construction conditions, assessment of thehorizontal displacement and the vertical displacement circumstancesof variation, and analysis judgment the Simulation of foundation pitstability.
