| The traditional vehicle steering stability research need to trial and error by using sample car,not only consumes resources, the design cycle is longer, but also some test are very dangerous,so it is difficult to implement. The simulation technology of modern, just only know structureand characteristic parameters of the design producers, and to modify and make it perfect, it willbe completed to simulate and analysis the vehicle steering stability. Moreover, the design cycleis shorter, without wasting of resources, and more difficult test can be completed, it also can getthrough the simulation data and results guidance and participate in the performance of analysisand optimization.In this paper, we make multibody system dynamics theory and method as the researchfoundation, and through the application of multibody system dynamics software MSC. ADAMS,use a car as the prototype, through using ADAMS/CAR module to modify template parameterand key point position, establish front and rear suspension system, steering system and sevensubsystem model, finally build the vehicle dynamic model. According to the vehicle steeringstability of GB/T6323-1994provisions for the open loop system simulation test, includingsteering wheel Angle step inputs, steering wheel Angle inputs, turn back to it and steady turningtest,edit the driver control files on driver-car-road closed-loop simulation experiment system,including the fleeing serpent and turning portability test. And according to the QC/T480-1999onthe vehicle steering stability, give the comprehensive evaluation and graded.Through analysis the simulation data and results can show that, this car’s steering stabilityperformance is generality. Therefore this paper with the height of the measuring principle, thevehicle quality, tire cornering stiffness and some of the front wheel positioning parameters as theoptimization design parameters, analysis and optimize the vehicle multibody system, theoptimized control stability of the vehicle performance got obvious improvement. |
