| With the huge consume of the energy resource, the entire human race face theenergy resource exhaustion at the end of21st century, searching clean and highefficiency new energy is the goal for the scientific fields. A great many of countriesinvest huge amounts of money and human resource into research new energy in thenearly30years. Nowadays, Natural Gas Hydrates were regarded as quality, clean andthe most important energy in the future, and their reverses is twice as much as thetotal carbon, contains fossil oil, natural gas and coal.In this paper, the fuel model of ethane and butane and the gasoline engine modelwere built with the GT-Power code. The simulation experiment was studied on thecombustion performance and emission characteristics on the gasoline engine with thedifferent Natural Gas Hydrates blends and gasoline. The analysis of the experimentalchanges was on the engine power, torque, cylinder pressure and temperature, BSFC,effective thermal efficiency and emission characteristics. The paper accomplished themain contents include:①The analysis was on the development of Natural Gas Hydrates and applicationstudy at home and broad, introducing the exploitation technology and physical andchemical properties.②Building a certain proportion Natural Gas Hydrates fuel model under thephysical and chemical properties of the blends with GT-Power code, choosing the4cyl as the predictable combustion model and verify the reliability of the model.③Analyzing and researching the characteristics and performance of combustion,power, economy and emission of gasoline engine with different proportion blendswith the gasoline engine model.④Optimizing the Natural Gas Hydrates blends proportion and ensuring itsbest-mixture ratio to improving performance of the power, economy and emissioncharacteristics with many kinds of operation conditions by uniformity designprinciples.⑤Analyzing and researching the influence of the different spark times andcompression ratios on the gasoline engine with the best-mixture ratio of the Natural Gas Hydrates blends, and proposing the optimization of performance of the power,economy and emission characteristics to optimize the parameters of compression ratioand spark time to compare the gasoline performance before and after the optimization. |
