| In recent years the urban commercial complex is the most popular comprehensive commercial estate projects in our country, it usually cover a lot of functions such as hotels, department stores, residential, office buildings and entertainment&leisure facilities, it is also another commercial form following the traditional department store-SHOPPINGMALL. It is the product of the era, which develops with the development of society, improvement of people’s living standards and the change of consumption concepts, it is a synthesis which is composed of three or more different formats, it known as "cities within cities", which can satisfy all of the requirements of the city. The public space is closely linked with the everyday life of ordinary people. It is the highest frequently used space which has the biggest public and open, at the same time. As an important supplement of the modern urban public space, it also assumes part of the functions of the urban space.A great number of large-scale complex buildings have been built in the large and medium-sized cities recently, many of the cities seem it as a symbol of political achievements and city landmarks, with the result of pursuing big. fast and luxury blindly, it causes the phenomenon of "thousands cities with same face" under the influent of modernism and globalization, ignoring the spiritual attribute, thus damage the place attaches with the feelings of people who can hardly identity with the place.
