At present, urbanized construction in china has come into a rapid development period, however the contradiction between economic development and eco-environmental protection becoming increasingly prominent. So the protection of land resources and water resources and the construction of landscape green land environment are very crucial to a city’s health and harmony and ecological sustainable development.It has been found that, with the development of economic structure and production mode, factory construction is a very important part of urban construction in china, and the proportion of site area in urban land is accreting. Construction of industrial park and factory construction in economic development zone is become a leading position of city district construction in most cities. Lack of necessary ancillary facility and environmental protection measure in the factory, by the reason of imminent production mode after the construction is complete. Large area earthwork excavation result in a serous water loss and soil erosion problem within site and the ecological environment drops dramatically. So it can’t fulfill the modernization requirements of integration of economy, society and environment benefits. Environmental protection and landscape construction is very important to improve our city’s environmental quality and city image.In this paper, take urban soil and water erosion and plant landscape design as an entry point and combine the project that author have a hand in, and take water and soil conservation project and urban landscape design in urban development into consideration to improve the functional benefits of urban eco environment. The design concepts of this paper combined the concept of water and soil conservation and landscape design, and elaborate specific usage of this concept in principle, elements and skills; advocate ecological priority as a principle, functional effects and sensation as an element, plant species diversity and community stability as a skill, and make a relative analysis with the traditional concept in that to promote an appropriate theoretical pattern and method, urban factory area soil and water conservation and plant landscape design, that fits JiangXi region and to provide an instructive reference for further water and soil conservation and landscape design. In this way, to further promote the urban ecological environment construction work and improve the urban livability.
