Along with the fast development of our economy, the rapid increase ofvehicles requests new demand for parking place in cities. How to balance theconflict between growing demand and limited resource of parking place?Parking Management system becomes the focus of many nationwide specialistsand scholars. Effective, smart and convenient parking management system alsobrings people huge business opportunities. The development of parkingmanagement system in our country is still at the beginning stage, a lot oftheories are not so mature. Hence, the study aiming at the current status ofparking place in our country, considering the development of worldwide parkingmanagement system, states possible solutions of setting up parking managementsystem and brings out the system,and its theories are not perfect,this paperadvanced some feasible methods and assistant measures to build Park GuideSystem.Firstly, this message gives detailed analysis of the present parkingmanagement system at home and abroad. On the basis of it, It concludes thatmanagement system construction uses the control mode combining distributionwith integration and4-level guidance style according to our country situation.The structure of the system Include the information collection subsystem,themessage processing subsystem,the message transmission subsystem and themessage distribution subsystem. The main effect of the message collectionsubsystem is to collect the messages of the current parking information and alsoto deal with the parking space reservation and vacant places forecasting. Themain effect of the message transmission subsystem is to deal with real timecollection of parking information between the parts inside the Parking Guidance System. The main effect of the message distribution subsystem is to responsiblefor ensuring that each system information communication by all means to thereceivers inside and outside the system,to satisfy the requirements of themessage demanders and administrators.Secondly, according to the parking management system to deal with a largenumber of real-time data, and the real-time information for detailedclassification, it is necessary to optimize the design of each subsystem module, itsee domestic and foreign advanced parking management system, and theavailable data for statistical analysis, summarized the previous vehicle accessrules and related to the impact of factors, and puts forward the implementationmethod of parking management system.Finally, based on the above theory on the basis of the research, detailedanalysis and overview of the parking management system of the softwarefunction and functional module structure, parking management system based onmainstream object-oriented design method, using the distributed controlstructure, and to Vistual C++as a development language, based on Windows,design and implementation the parking management system of the softwarefunction.
