Construction machinery backhoe loaders in which to complete the excavation workand can complete the loading operation. It can realize the use of a machine, moreextensive application prospects. With improving safety requirements of the developedcountries on the engineering mechanical, To enter the European and American marketsengineering machinery must be equipped with r Roll-over protective structure. Toachieve this goal, manufacturers must design the cab with the ROPS of eligibleperformance, and obtain the CE attestation through protective structures test, as a result, making it way better for backhoe loaders exported to European and American markets. In this case, this paper focuses on the company’s mining Backhoe loader ROPS structuredesign, computer simulation and test. The main ideas of the paper are following:(1). Designed a backhoe loader four column open cab rollover protection devicebased on the backhoe loader cab structure design principle of ROPSRoadster, and the previous successful experience of designing ROPSstructure.(2). Applied the HYPER MESH to do Grid division; Analyzed the ROPSminimum lateral bearing capacity, vertical bearing capacity, verticalbearing capacity and minimum energy absorption abilityWith finite elementanalysis software ANSYS.(3). Accordance with international standards, the tests have been performed onthe ROPS of A series of backhoe loader made by The Companyand passedat the first time. Furthermore, the product eligibility has got a scientificcertification and confirmation for the company’s products exported toEurope and America. It successfully meets the requirements of CE area ofproviding a strong guarantee. The experimental results and the finiteelement analysis results are compared. The results show that the the ROPSsimulation analysis method has certain practical value and it providestheoretical basis for future designCAB.
