Multi-Categories Information Integration Processing is one of the most important subjects in modern military research. This paper mainly focuses on track association and attributes association. Meanwhile, the implementation of multi-layer information integration processing system is also discussed.An improved Nearest Neighbor algorithm is proposed in the paper, which avoids the association errors often occur in traditional algorithm when tracks crossed. Another algorithm Approximate Multi-Sensor Joint Probabilistic Data Association, based on approximate cluster, is used to reduce the rapidly increasing computation while calculating the association events directly, and improve the track association accuracy in the case of Multi-targets.When associating the ESM information with the Radar information, the traditional attributes association algorithm only used Azimuth information, which leads to a lower association accuracy. Towards to the problem, an algorithm based on Azimuth and attributes parameters comprehensive similarity (called first association) makes full use of the historical information of the track. Since the traditional association algorithm can not process the data of the sensors completely, this paper develops a new algorithm based on no-sensors crossing location and attributes clustering technology. For the data which did not been associated before, the algorithm associates them again, which improves the accuracy of the association. The techno-spy information, for the reasons such as delay, long interval, random, can not used to form a track. However, the contents in it are precision and reliable, which will assist the recognition of platform/sensors-ID and action purpose when associated with the radar information. According to the time and location data that techno-spy information contains, this paper proposes an association algorithm which is based on the Nearest Neighbor.In order to improve the accuracy of the system for the actual combat, the Multi-layer fusion architecture is applied. The system architecture chart and the flow chart of the main/sub fusion centers’were introduced in this paper. The data interfaces between them are implemented at the same time. All the finished work above gives strong support to the main fusion center.
