Study On Recreation Evaluation System Of China Country Park

As the construction of urbanizationstep in a new stage, theurban residents who have been suffering from “city disease” have anincreasing ecological awareness of getting back to nature. While thecountry park standing in the suburb of city with good ecologicalenvironment is becoming the links between city and nature.Wild scenic,a proper distance from downtown, increasingly advancedtransportation and the current holiday pattern all are the factors thatmake it convenient for people shuttled back and forth between living acity life and returning to nature. At the same time, the country parkplan and construction is underway in a number of major cities. Countrypark recreation is attaching a growing importance. On this condition,the study on evaluation of country park’srecreation will firstly beatheoretical supplement to country park’s recreation research, andsecondly offer scientific basis for the construction, making theecological environment protection and good recreation both realizedwell. On the basis of analysing the country park recreation developmentand related evaluation systems, this study firstly chooses the rightindexes with theoretical analysis and Delphi method. Thenan evaluating model of country park recreation is built in the way ofAHP. Thirdly with reference to related research results and relevantnational standards, and also through consulting to several experts inrelevant subjects, each index gets a grading standard. Finally,15indexes are chosen from4aspects respectively, which are spacerecreation feasibility, factility completeness, environment comfort,landscape scenic beauty. Input the orginal assessment sores goten byDelphi method from10senior experts to the AHP software, andcalculate with group decision, we get the weighs of criterionsand estimate indexes. According to the evaluating result, recreationspace diversity（0.1563）、available space capacity（0.1168）、recreationactivities diversity（0.106）、vegetation naturalness（0.0904）、aircleanness（0.0777）impact on the country park’s recreation most. Spacecomfort, wild scenic and clean all are the major characteristics ofcountry park.After establishing the evalating system, Shanghai Gucun Parkrecreation is taken for research example. Regarding to tourism,ecology, landscape aesthetics and statistics, Gucun Park’s15indexesare surveyed, analysed and graded according to the evalation system. The survey restul shows recreation space diversity, recreation activitiesdiversity, facilities diversity and water cleanness all rank in the firstgrade. While topographic feature value and land forms diversity are inthe bottom of the grade. Gucun Park recreation evalation scores81.5875finally,rank in the second degree. The indexes survey resultsgenerally reflect the Gucun Park recreation characteristics: lowrecreation activity intensity, low visitor density, little environmentalpollution and general landscape scenic beauty.At last, several optimization construction suggestions forrefrence are put forward in aspects of vegetation, land, water andrecreation factilities, according to Gucun Park recreation evalationresults and obversations in the field study. And the vegetationconstruction suggestion is forests form transformation for ecologicalspace. While the land can be constructed according to differentgreenlands, such asbroad lawn, thin forests with lawn, thick forest. Asfor water, there are proper ecological embankment designs to improvethe accessibility. And last but not least, the ecological recreationactivities should be arranged more prioritized when considering facilitylayout.
