| Although more and more attention has been paid to the ecology-oriented high-quality development path in urban development in China,the problems of ecological space encroachment and regional ecological fragmentation still occur in some cities.Suburban park,as an important ecological protection area in suburban areas,plays a key role in maintaining urban ecological balance and slowing down the degradation of urban ecological environment.In June 2021,the Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning of Changde City conducted a new round of public intention survey on the master plan of territorial space,and the result showed that the public demand for country park construction accounted for 26%,ranking first among all types of green space demand in the city.In view of this,this study selects the suburban recreation belt of Changde City,which is in urgent need of development of the current country park system,as the study area,so as to make the construction of country parks match the increasingly important requirements of urban ecological protection and the rapid development of the city,so as to ensure the residents’ demand for country parks.Most of the existing studies on country park siting are based on the current urban conditions and lack of discussion on the potential demand for country parks in future cities.In the future,the ecological civilization construction of Changde City will maintain a fast speed,and the country park needs to be solved.Therefore,the study has certain representative and reference significance.In this study,FLUS and In VEST models were introduced to forecast ecological demand and overlay recreational demand analysis.After fully considering the construction and development restrictions such as "three districts and three lines",site selection was conducted based on the principles of ecological protection,functionality,local conditions and resource integration.The main research achievements are as follows:(1)By analyzing the construction process,scale and layout of country parks in the study area,it is found that the green space with similar characteristics and properties of country parks in Changde City is more than 5km2,and the country parks in the study area have insufficient distribution balance in different directions and regions.(2)On the basis of data obtained in 2015 and 2020 in the research area,in order to improve the accuracy of the prediction results,this study takes 5 years as the basis to forecast the data in 2025.Conduct land use simulation based on FLUS model,and analyze land use change under natural development and ecological protection scenarios.It is found that compared with natural development scenarios,the growth of construction land under ecological protection scenarios is significantly reduced,while the variation degree of forest land and water area is relatively increased.To some extent,it provides a guarantee for the restoration of urban ecological function and the slowing down of urban expansion.(3)In the two simulated scenarios,the mean value of habitat quality in 2025 in the study area increased to different degrees compared with that in 2020.The order of mean value was ecological protection scenario in 2025 > natural development scenario in 2025 > actual situation in 2020.Compared with 2020,the area of high value area under natural development scenario increased by0.45%.Under the ecological protection scenario,the increase was 0.63%,and the increase was mainly from forest land and water area.In general,under the ecological protection scenario,the habitat quality of Changde City in 2025 is the best,and the distribution area of high-value areas is higher than that under the actual development scenario in 2020 and the natural development scenario in 2025.In general,the implementation of ecological protection policies and strict control of land conversion can help reduce regional habitat degradation to a certain extent,and have a positive impact on the improvement of regional habitat quality.(4)Construct the recreation demand analysis model to analyze the recreation demand of the study area.Following the selection principle of representativeness,comprehensiveness and operability,combined with the development status of country parks and their own characteristics and other conditions,seven factors including vegetation cover type,core density of existing parks,proximity of river system,density of road network,core density of catering facilities,service range of bus stations and population density were incorporated into the evaluation model.According to the grading standard,According to the intensity of recreation demand,the distribution map of recreation demand in the study area was obtained after multi-factor superposition analysis,which laid the foundation for further implementation of specific country park site selection.(5)Based on the above spatial data analysis results,combined with the upper planning and the comprehensive discussion of the construction and development restrictions such as "three districts and three lines",the country park site selection areas that meet various needs are determined spatially,and planning suggestions are put forward for different land types.Based on the selection principles of functionality,local conditions and resource integration,18 suitable country park areas with a total area of 160km2 were finally determined within the city area by superimposed construction and development restrictions.By comparing the layout uniformity and orientation before and after site selection,it was found that the overall layout uniformity of the new country parks cluster was improved,the centre of gravity deviation was reduced,and the distance between the geometric centroid of the country parks and the urban area tended to be balanced.Through the field investigation of the site selection area,the analysis of the current natural features and surrounding traffic conditions,etc.,the country park plots are classified according to the site selection,and on this basis,the planning suggestions for country park site selection are put forward.This provides a paradigm and reference for country park siting in similar cities. |
