In recent years,variable flow control of air-conditioning water system has been widely used in urban rail transit Optimizing control algorithm,designing energy-saving control system of air-conditioning water system,and reducing consumption and efficiency have become a hot spot in the key technical research field of urban rail transit.Because of the time-delay,time-varying and non-linear characteristics of air conditioning system,the design and selection of its optimization algorithm is particularly important The main research contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,the technical features and development trend of the new generation of energy-saving control system for ventilation and air-conditioning are analyzed,and its control algorithm is studied.Based on the change of load of the ventilation and air-conditioning system,an energy-saving control strategy combining frequency-conversion energy-saving control with fuzzy PID control is proposed,and a fuzzy PID controller is designed.Through the fuzzy frequency conversion simulation,the stability,reliability and energy saving of the system are analyzed and compared,which shows that the fuzzy PID frequency conversion energy saving control has a good effectSecondly,the hardware and control software of the control system are designed.PCC is used as the monitoring host,temperature and pressure sensor input is collected,fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to optimize output,the frequency converter ACH580 is controlled by PLC S7-200 SMART to execute the command to control the water pump,and the touch screen of Willain company is used as the human-machine interactive control interface to monitor the water pump site.Based on the characteristics of water system,deduce and predict the change of frozen water load,and further optimize the optimal temperature of air cooling water that minimizes the total energy consumption of air conditioning water system,so as to effectively reduce the energy consumption and transportation of frozen water,to further improve and optimize the performance of air conditioning system,and to optimize the efficiency of air conditioning system.Finally,through comparative data analysis,many factors that directly affect the energy saving rate and the actual running load of the station,such as passenger flow,number of rows and rows are considered.The energy saving rate estimated by the system is similar to the energy saving efficiency estimated by the actual running load of the station,which meets the needs of use.
