| The paper has carried out research on High-performance emulsion asphalt for Bonding layer, to solve insufficient technology for bonding layer of the tunnel road surface.The paper discusses the research and development process of asphalt emulsion and modified emulsified asphalt. Introduced the emulsified mechanism, the stable mechanism, the preparation craft and the experimental examination method of emulsion asphalt. Take study on the emulsifier, the stabilizer, the modifier and the viscosity, which have effect on evaporation residue and storge stability of High-performance emulsion asphalt. Carried out design compatibility for High-performance emulsion asphalt. Prepared High-performance emulsion asphalt which had excellent performance, conformd to the requirement.By the layer direct shear test and layer pullout rest to verify the bond performance of High-performance emulsion asphalt. Compared the bond performance of High-performance emulsion asphalt, emulsion asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt. Proposed the evaluation method and evaluation index for the high-performance emulsion asphalt. |
