Fabricated hollow slab bridge is the Commonly used bridge type In many bridgeforms,The Small and Medium Bridges below20meters basically all the hollow platestructure in Domestic road bridge. However, due to the reasons of design, construction andoperation management,hollow plate hinged seam is prone to disease and lead to a series ofbridge structural disease and injury.So we have to spend a lot of maintenance funds for thereinforcement and repair of the disease and injury In order to ensure its safe operation. Inorder to overcome the disease of hollow plate hinged seam, this paper attempts tooptimize the structural type of the hollow plate, remove the tongue and groove joints seam,to form a hollow plate with flange, Through cast reinforced Horizontal wet seams betweenthe flange stretched to achieve the horizontal connection between the hollow plate.This article defined two new hollow plate scheme with10centimeters and15centimeters flange length in accord the force of flange,lateral wet seams,the simplicity ofconstruction, plate spacing, the length of the side plate cantilever and the width of bridge.At the same timeļ¼Œthis article selected10m wide bridge of three spans20m simplysupported change continuous beam bridge as the based on the project to checking thefeasibility of new hollow board. Calculated by the finite element procedures of the MidasCivil calculated the amount of prestressing reinforcement of two new hollow plate program,on this basis, the three bridges were calculated and analyzed, Checked and compared thestructural strength and performance of the new hollow board,and analyzed the uniformity ofthe force from the perspective of load lateral distribution simultaneously, And then estimatethe concrete usage and the amount of ordinary steel for the upper slab of these three bridges,Consolidated the number of prestressing tendons obtained The most economical bridge ofthese new hollow-board,And then compared three bridges from the construction, Finally,the problems that does not solved in this arcticle and areas of further study are also given.
