In recent years China’s automobile production and sales ranking first in theworld.Environmental pollution problems gradually worsened.Coupled with the energycrisis.These constraints to the development of China and the world automobileindustry.Energy saving and emission reduction has become competing of each country.Thequality of fuel atomization is one of the key factors for engine power,economy emissions andnoise levels.In order to study fuel spray rule.The choice of measuring in spray technique andmethod is important.In this paper,designed a synchronization control method based onhigh-speed prototype for spray of direct injection photography.The study of fuel atomization mechanism in this paper.A design for direct injection basedon scientific research and laboratory photography synchronization control test bench.Thesoftware of host computer and lower computer has been development and designed.Hardwaredriving control circuit has been designed.The main aspects can be seen as the following:Through the evaluation index of the spray and fuel atomizing mechanism.Combined withthe existing laboratory resources.In order to have research on development of atomizationmechanism and resolution particle image acquisition method.Develope electronical controlspray test bench.To develop the direction of this research.This paper determine signal collection mechanism and actuating mechanism to theelectronic control spray bench.Choose STC89C52RC8-bit microcontroller as the CPU of theelectronic control system and designed to verify the signal conditioning circuit of thecollection mechanism and the drive mechanism of the drive control circuit.A circuit design ofcommunications port.Complete the entire electronic control test bench and completed thePCB printed circuit board.Write the entire system software.Use C and assembly language to write the low computersignal acquisition, computing and control procedures.The development of communicationprotocols and subroutine.Using C++language develop man-machine interactive interface ofthe host computer.The entire spray system of intelligent display and control is realized.
