In recent years, behind of the rapid development of our country social economy and urbanization,exposed a series of serious urban ecological problem, which the city managers and designers attention. Theurban complex as an important one of the measures, begins to be large-scale development and construction.However, in our country there are still many complex project of insufficiencies, mainly displays in: one is theintegrity of the synthesis of urban design consideration is insufficient, more subjects to stay in a singlefunction of the isolated thinking and shaping, lack of the whole macro control, cause each function betweenthe phenomenon of each does things in his own way; The second is the appearance form of seeking toomuch, lack of urban development and expectations of people attention;3it is regardless of the regionaldifferences, rote so-called successful experience, make construction is to go to the local culturalcharacteristics.
