Application Study On The Planning Of The Lanbei New Town Based On Eco City Concept

After the reform and opening up,under the condition of the national economic growth,urbanization process is a significant boost in Lanzhou,sustained economic growth and the rapid development of urbanization is the inevitable trend in the development of China's macro background.First of all,Lanzhou city construction suitable for land resources are very limited,with the contradiction between the development of densely populated city is becoming more and more serious,the central city functions too concentrated,population,traffic and environmental pressures continue to increase,the development of the city has been hindered.In addition,Current city development caused some damage of the natural environment,A series of national policies and requirements decides that the development of Lanzhou must uphold the concept of green development,solve the environmental problems,strengthen the protection of the ecosystem and reform the supervision system of the ecological environment.This paper focuses on the concept of ecological city is applied to the plan of Lanzhou's new city to protect the ecological environment,build up the harmonious coexistence of adult and nature,develop the region synchronously,and coordinate the sustainable development of the social,economic and ecological relations in the new urban area.In this paper,methods of literature research,qualitative analysis and case study are applied to analyze and identify the ecological elements of the new city.There are five suggestions based on the four aspects of land resource utilization,water resource utilization,green space system and low carbon traffic systems,Firstly construction of ecological land resource utilization method,elimination of pollution sources and safety construction.Secondly construct the intensive and economical use of water resources and improving the urban water system.Thirdly to construct the integrated green space system,ecological priority,adjust measures to local conditions should adhere to the scientific idea of ecological planning,safeguard regional ecological corridor,within the scope of the ecological carrying capacity is feasible to build a reasonable ecological green space system,at the same time using the Lanzhou northern mountainous area of ecological planning and construction Lanzhou city an opportunity to strengthen the overall shape and landscapes control,protection and show the features of the city.Fourthly building a low carbon traffic system,energetically advocating green traffic and implementing public transport priority in action.At last,creating a coordinated management model,to organize scientific research forces and to establish a comprehensive linkage technology platform.Implement ecological compensation and exploring the long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation and hard work.Strengthen the links between various departments and to form an efficient management mechanism in the work of the government.This paper has great significance to the planning of Lanbei New Town with scarce land and fragile ecological environment,So that Lanzhou can protect the ecological environment while developing,and improve the overall ecological landscape quality of the city,and create a beautiful Lanzhou city suitable for tourism.
