Microbiological examination is an important project management of foodproduction,circulation process for the food quality control.In recent years, the societyhas become increasingly demanding food safety, food hygiene increasingly stringentquality requirements, microbiological examination has been paid more and moreattention in the food industry. In the industry of microbiological examination, theATP(adenosine-triphosphate) biological fluorescence method has been widely studiedand applied for its simple, rapid, high sensitivity and other characteristics. ATP existsin all organisms, Most of the food itself also contains a certain amount of ATP, so theATP can as a index to determine the target clean or not.The application and promotionof the ATP biological fluorescence method can significantly reduce the workload ofbacteria examination,to achieve simplified, efficient.With the maturity of ATPbiological fluorescence method,ATPfluorescence detector,based on ATP fluorescencemethod, is widely used gradually.At present, although ATP fluorescence detector is widely used, but there is nouniform calibration specification or verification regulation for the instrument’smeasurement of performance in domestic,so it can not evaluation the instrument’smeasurement of performance.This article will focus on the ATP fluorescencedetector’s measurement techniques, measurement calibration method to study.For themain parameters of ATP fluorescence detector, such as detection limit, repeatability,linearity, etc., through a large number of calibration experiment data, we focuse onthe measurement calibration method of ATP fluorescence detector main parameters.Completion of the study of ATP fluorescence detector monitor calibrationtechniques and methods of detection can effectively test the parameters in monitoringthe accuracy and security,ensure ATP fluorescence detector’s accuracy,effectiveness,safety,reliability. Through the experiment, optimize and fumble the measurement ofperformance conditions, determine optimum reaction conditions of ATP calibrationtest,determine measuring the performance of project of ATP fluorescence detector,anddesign test plan. Based on the research of the test results, optimize the plan, toestablish the calibration system for ATP fluorescence detector, can objectivelyevaluate the instrument performance,for our measurement basis for the furtherdevelopment of the industry.
