At present, the energy structure of our country is coal-dominant, and centralized power supplyis adopted for energy delivery. For the urban areas with concentrated population, the type ofenergy supply based on fuel-gas can greatly improve urban air quality; meanwhile, the regionalCCHP program not only can reduce the loss of energy during transmission and conversion, butalso can vastly increase the efficiency.In this paper we use the Microsoft GATECYCLE of American company GE, on the basis ofgas turbine GT25000, set up total10configuration programs for heat recovering。and Studiesshow that the overall efficiency of configuration with duplex pressure HRSG is higher than thatwith single pressure HRSG.accordingly, the optimized steam parameter varies in configurationswith different steam turbines.Found upon abovementioned models, analysis is made of the parameter variation of eachsystem model when the steam parameter varies, and a range chart of GT25000gas turbinecombined cycle performance is presented. For gas turbine GT25000, this paper gives thevariation trend of system parameters when the ambient temperature changes; makes comparingcalculation on thermoelectric ratio of each system model, analyses the configuration programsof entirely supplying cooling-heating, extraction condensing and extraction backpressure withthe steam from recovery heat under variable operation condition;At the same time, based on the design solution of some zone and its load demand, take theGT25000combined cycle performance range chart as basis, it reaches a conclusion that the mostproper CCHP configuration for this zone is GT25000+duplex pressure HRSG+extractioncondensing turbine. Furthermore, according to the data calculation on the abovementionedmodels, proper configurations are recommended for GT25000CCHP under different loaddemand.
