CCHP(Combined cooling heating and power)system is an important way of using energy efficiently. Its scheme and evaluation criteria have important research significance. Because the designing load of buildings are often determined by the maximum load,and the actual loads is impacted by the environment temperature,construction function and timetable. At this stage,evaluation standard cannot fully reflect the environmental benefits of distributed energy system. In this thesis,the models are calculated by TRNSYS,and carbon trading and emissions trading are taken into account.In the thesis,basic energy principles of CCHP are analyzed and compared. Based on the conception,basic composition of CCHP,Two typical systems based micro gas turbine and gas engines are detailed. In addition,Calculation software DeST that can calculate cooling load and heating load is explained in this passage.Main equipment and its operation principle of CCHP are analyzed in this thesis. According to the laws of thermodynamics and the Law of conservation of mass,the model of micro gas turbine,gas engines and lithium-bromide absorption refrigerating and heating machine are established. And These models are consistent with the curve fitted sample data.The models are calculated by TRNSYS,and carbon trading and emissions trading are taken into account. For building construction,Super five-star hotel is seemed as a research object in this passage,and its cooling heating and power loads are calculated at the first. Then two typical systems of CCHP are established based on TRNSYS. In terms of energy saving,economy and environment protecting,CCHP system is compared with conventional energy supply mode. In conclusion,as a new energy supply mode,it is obvious that CCHP system is more superior. But it cannot recover the cost in the life cycle. The annual revenue of the system based on gas engines is 10.99% percentage points higher than the other system. And its value of Primary Energy Ratio is also higher than the value of the system based micro gas turbine.
