Because of its good Seismic performance, high degree industrialization and many otheradvantages,it is widely applied in all kinds of buildings in the form.But because ofmanufacturing construction, use way and the influence of the environment, steel structureinevitably exists all kinds of defects and damage. Although the steel structure strengtheningtechnical regulation provides a series of reinforcement method, But there are manyShortcomings, for example, increasing structure dead weight, construction difficulties,corrosion resistance and durability, difficult to maintenance and costs much. So the study of anew type of steel structure strengthening modes, to overcome the defects of the traditionalreinforcement method and can play the reinforcement and repair damage of the steelcomponents, so as to prevent buckling and cause for component structural instability andfailure happens is imminent.Use the CFRP to reinforce structure components in the concrete structure that hasalready been widely used and achieved good effect, but in the steel structure of the applicationof reinforcement is less, Investigate its reason is because of the lack of mature research and nocorresponding reference standard. the carbon fiber with steel structure component forstrengthening had many advantages, so the carbon fiber reinforced steel structure of thehydraulic components instability analysis will also is very significant.In this paper based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS to study the Changerule of the ultimate bearing capacity hydraulic components with the initial geometric defectsexisting conditions. And analysis Paste the CFRP to Hydraulic components of the influence ofthe ultimate bearing capacity and enhancement mechanism.This article will first get modeling numerical solution of the formula and get theanalytical solution of the contrast, verify the validity of the finite element model, to ensurethat the results of the real reliability, so that in future the steel structure stability design andstrengthening analysis has important reference value.
