With the rapid development of national economy, our country and the world as a bridge isdeveloping commendably. In order to ensure that bridge the building process and bridgeinternal force and displacement of the situation and meet the design requirements,corresponding construction process monitoring and control must be adoptted. Thecable-stayed bridge is an indeterminate structure with high degrees. The construction methods,materials properties, casting process, the vertical mold elevation and the installation of thecable-stayed bridge cable force, etc are directly affect the linear bridge and stress, andconstruction design of the present situation and the assumption that there will always bedifferences, therefore, it is necessary to develop the research of construction control.This paper mainly introduces stress-free status method, the main characteristic of which isthe stress free status amounts of structural element will not be changed with the loading’schange. It will be changed only in installing the unit. It is only changed with tensioning forthe unstressed length of stayed cable. Using the stress free status amounts of structuralelement, it can be established the construction process of cable-stayed bridge intermediatestate and bridge state of contact, successfully solved the uncertain problem of cable-stayedbridge during the construction process.Based on the stress-free status method, using the finite element analysis program of MidasCivil, this paper simulation analysis the Xiuyan bridge’s expectment bridge state andconstruction stage to prove the superiority of the method. During the constructin ofcable-stayed bridge, tesnsioning a stay-cables each time will produce complex influence tothe other stay-cables. In the tension and the follow-up after construction process, Eachstay-cables cable force value is not at the beginning of the tensioning cable force size. Iftension order is changed, every root of cable tension value, in place value, incremental valueare very complex. If using stress-free status method, taking the pulling out amount or set backamount of anchoras as control basis, which can improve the precision of cable force.
