As the Hybrid Cable-stayed Bridge span increases, Study on Theory of Stress-free Shapes Method on Computation and application research for the rational design of bridge, structural safety and construction control on the scene all have significance.With reference to JingYue Yangtze River Highway Bridge, based on the theory of computation about Stress-free Shapes Method,using geometric nonlinear and forward-iteration method on Long-span Hybrid Cable-stayed Bridge,this thesis carried on a more in-depth study on construction of the cable,tower and beam.The main contents of the research as follows:(1)Expounded the theory of computation about Stress-free Shapes Method,Introduced a method of calculating about stress-free of the cable length, stress-free of the beam length and stress-free of the tower curvature; For the Stress-free Shapes Method in geometric nonlinear problems, Introduced the long-span cable-stayed bridge geometrical nonlinear theory and the geometric nonlinear problems in Stress-free Shapes Method.(2) Methods of determining reasonable finished state of cable-stayed bridges; Focused on the basic idea about Stress-free Shapes Method,forward- iteration method on calculating cable-stayed bridge stress-free shapes is studied.(3)Studied on the calculation of stress-free on the cell of tower, beam, cable; with reference to JingYue Yangtze River Highway Bridge, by The BDCMS analysis program,forward-iteration calculation is carried on in accord with construction progress.the stress-free linear of tower, beam, cableis computed.(4)The error solution progress based on self-adaptive stress-free shapes control method is researched, and this method is applied on JingYue Yangtze River Highway Bridges while there are error in the progress of construction.(5)The production size and control method of the steel box girder and cable is studied. The results of the Stress-free measurements were converted into production formula.(6)The Stress-free method of application configuration is studied on the site, presented the preparations and precautions when the main tower, steel box girder, concrete beams, cables are on-site installation, use their corresponding control method to make sure the Stress-free linear is precision in the installation process, that is important for reference for the construction of the same type of bridge. |
