The method tests comprehensive performance through static test,dynamic test and comprehensive performance test of motor vehicles and provides overallevaluation. It gives out the grade and quantization of the motor vehicle through five points.The paper uses the DARE to calculate the weight that performance evaluation takes, whichinfluences basic newness rate of vehicle when in the assessment of used vehicles; itprovides appropriate correction coefficient which influences basic newness rate of vehiclewith combination of the motor vehicle accident, maintain and maintenance conditions andother influencing factors, and gives out the assessment price of the used motor vehicle.DARE is a method that evaluates and selects innovative solutions through ascertainingthe importance coefficient of each factor. The article based on the principles, roles andmethods of the index system establishment, constructs an index evaluation system that isapplicable to give a comprehensive evaluation to the impact indicators of used vehicleassessment and makes an analysis and evaluation model of the depreciation rate of usedvehicle indicators. It gets the value assignment of all the indexes in the system throughDARE. The paper gets the relative importance of various factors of all levels byapplication of multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and gets more objectivecomprehensive evaluation results.
