With the development of society, the consumption of energy resources is increasing, energydemand and supply more stress and make energy consumption problems long rises is aworldwide problem. Through nearly30years in the energy field of research and practice, iswidely considered to building energy conservation of energy saving approach is the largestand most potential effective method. The hospital building for a public building is quite highenergy consumption of a class of, can reach the public building average of energy1.6to2times have been seriously influenced the development of China’s construction energyconservation. Therefore, strengthening the construction of hospital of low energy research andanalysis of China’s public building energy saving technology progress and development is ofgreat significance.Based on the background, First,this paper through the xian area and other similarhospital building and not in the same public buildings the energy consumption, this paperanalyzes the xian area public buildings that average energy consumption is156.2kWh/(m2,a), the hospital building energy consumption is200.1kWh/(m2, a), are higher than in otherprovinces the energy consumption of the density. And the trend of continuously increased,serious problems of energy consumption.Then, in view of the xian area of the building structure building large medical researchand the energy analysis, from the aspects of building palisade structure, key focus on heatpreservation and shade, the paper puts forward the feasible region for YuXiAn energy strategy,and the methods are introduced and analyzed in detail.Finally, in fourth military medical university hospital of the new building is tang energysaving design to rely on, first to building and the basic situation of construction equipment areintroduced, then for building palisade structure such as the outside wall (including glasscurtain wall), interior wall, outside the window, roof, and other aspects of the energy structure,material performance comprehensive analysis, will theory is used for practical engineering,from practical projects get demonstration. And all new buildings to tang hospital in nearly ayear energy consumption of investigation and analysis, with data proved adopt appropriate xian area hospital building energy strategy for saving energy,70%left and right sides, morethan65%of the energy conservation standards of shaanxi province, in xian area of low energyconsumption of large hospital building design set mode.
