Hospital buildings are the important component of public buildings in China.And they also have complex function and are the objects that need to be controlled and managed for energy consumption.The characteristics which are large flow of people,many equipments,and all-year-round work make the hospital buildings be of high energy consumption and be also huge energy-saving potential.Therefore,through the analysis of the energy consumption data of hospital building,we can fully understand the energy management and energy consumption situation of the hospital building,identify the factors which influence the energy consumption,find out the problems and weaknesses in the energy use of the hospital building,find its energysaving potential,and formulate energy-saving transformation plan to reduce the energy consumption and operating costs of the hospital building,promote the hospital building’s continuous innovation in resource utilization,comprehensively improve energy utilization efficiency,maximize the economic benefits of the hospital building,and finally establishe an energy-saving hospital building.First of all,this article discussed the basic theories and research methods of analysis and simulation of hospital building’s energy consumption through literature review,and clarified concept of energy consumption of building lighting,air conditioning,heating and medical equipment energy use.And then this research sorted out the content and application methods of cluster analysis,by which the data of energy audit can be analyzed,and energy-saving strategies can be proposed.Secondly,this article took the outpatient building of SJ Hospital as the research object and analyzed the basic situation of SJ Hospital buildings from the facilities and equipments,respectively.Then this paper collected energy consumption data of hospital air conditioning,lighting,office equipment,and medical equipment,and conducted building energy flow analysis and energy regression analysis.It was found that the electricity consumption of lighting and medical equipment is relatively stable throughout the year,while air condition and outpatient power consumption have a strong characteristic of time,and the relationship between the energy consumption of the outpatient building and the outdoor temperature is positive.Finally,according to the situation of facilities and equipment and the results of data analysis of energy consumption,the building energy-saving potential of SJ Hospital was analyzed from three perspectives: energy-saving measures of management,transformation of envelope structure and facilities and equipments.Next,this paper used De ST software to model the outpatient building to measure the energy consumption of the building under different situations,like different envelope structures,different equipments and different occupants’ behaviors.The study found that wall materials in winter have greater impact on natural room temperature,while wall materials in transitional seasons and summer have less impact on natural room temperature.In addition,adding horizontal sun visors and adopting the operation mode of fan coil and fresh air system can significantly reduce energy consumption.Research on human behavior found that optimizing lighting behavior,air conditioning behavior,and equipment-use behavior can bring about more significant energy-saving effects.Therefore,the optimization of energy consumption behavior should be selected as the main energy-saving optimization strategy.Finally,this paper selected energy-saving attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavior control as the variables to construct an SEM model based on the theory of planned behavior.Based on this model,six research hypotheses were put forward.The results show that energy-saving attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavior control are effected by the energy-saving management system.Therefore,energy-saving strategies should be proposed from the perspective of improving the energy-saving management system to optimize users’ energy-saving behavior.
