At present, carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP) reinforced concrete structure isa more widely applied to the structure strengthening modes. Carbon fiber cloth with lightweight, high strength, easy construction, corrosion resistance and durability strong, easy tocut, construction is simple and economical, etc. At present, however, the reinforcement ofcarbon fiber materials research focused on steel reinforced concrete beams and columns ofbending, shear, compressive, seismic research, and for strengthening concrete boardresearch are relatively few. Therefore, further study in reinforced concrete board paste aftercarbon fiber composite of bending performance, and has a strong engineering theory andapplication value.Taking a practical engineering as the background, the use function of the change andlead to local does not meet the requirements of the bearing capacity of reinforced concreteboard, brings forward the reinforcement scheme, then the large general finite elementsoftware ANSYS to the stress of the reinforced board, crack and of the reinforced board’suse of the research, and through the analysis results to determine the feasibility ofreinforcing scheme. This paper mainly studies the content and the conclusions are asfollows:First of all, on the analysis of the CFRP reinforced flexural members of the basictheory put forward, based on the carbon fiber materials and concrete flexural members inbond, its by the bearing capacity of normal section bending calculation formula; And themechanical properties of carbon fiber cloth, failure mode and carbon fiber cloth todetermine the ultimate strain is discussed.Secondly, for the reconstruction of the loads after recount, and the reinforcementscheme selection; Summarized the steel and concrete constitutive model for the finiteelement simulation provides theory basis.Finally, the universal finite element software ANSYS to large reinforcement of theboard and strengthening before the board after respectively established model, in the sameloading conditions, for three different carbon fiber cloth paste layers of the scheme, carbonfiber cloth are analyzed from the stress and reinforcement plate after the total stress, calculated the value of the CFRP plate deflection, won three different schemes of carbonfiber cloth and concrete board undertake the size of the force, the results show that, withthe fiber cloth paste layer increases, the concrete slab was evidently decreased themaximum stress, the deflection also along with became smaller. To validate the reinforcedconcrete board USES stickup carbon fiber cloth bearing capacity and deformation afterwill meet the standards and requirements for the engineering of reinforcement and thesafety board and provides theoretical basis for the economy.
