| The existing cement concrete pavement, a considerable portion of approach or exceedthe design life, the road has a serious disease, which directly affect road capacity and servicelevels. Analysis of the types of damage to the concrete pavement slab from mechanicaldamage, mainly caused by the load and temperature stresses, to increase the strength ofconcrete and plate thickness can effectively improve the board by force, but in practicalapplications, the materials, construction and economic conditionality, can not indefinitelyincrease the thickness and strength of the concrete slab. Therefore, from the geometry of theconcrete plate and three-dimensional study is of great significance.The paper analyzes the major diseases and causes of the concrete pavement, the oldconcrete pavement treatment measures, engineering applicability of the concrete slabs ofdifferent shapes, hexagonal concrete slab and rectangular concrete slab carried out thecomparative analysis of the mechanical properties of old concrete pavement overlay, andstudy the impact of the old concrete slab modulus, base modulus, overlay the concrete slabthickness and modulus, power transmission p ole hexagonal concrete slab overlay load stress,temperature stress and coupling stress.It uses the finite element analysis of loads in a different location when the stressproperties of hexagonal concrete slab to determine the most unfavorable loading position ofthe hexagonal concrete slab.
